We are excited and proud to announce that Quorum has been named a finalist for Security in Microsoft’s 2022 Partner of the Year awards. We are honoured to be among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
There were more than 3,900 nominations across 126 countries/regions for this year’s Partner of the Year Awards and to be a finalist for the second year in a row demonstrates our commitment to pursuing excellence in the Security field.
Quorum Managing Director, Mark McLean says “We are so excited to be recognised for Security excellence by Microsoft for the second year in a row. To be selected as one of the top Security partners globally is something we, as a team are exceptionally proud of, and to continue to deliver exceptional results for our customers is an accomplishment that reflects our entire team. Our team continue to demonstrate exceptionally high standards, innovation, and dedication to supporting our amazing clients across both M365, Azure and Hybrid security.”
This year’s nomination focused on our expanding Security operations, where our dedicated end-to-end security practice goes beyond short-term solutions to future proofing environments for approaching tech like the metaverse. We have demonstrated the value of our own IP, Cyber One how it has provided our customers with a scalable & robust Managed Detection & Response (MDR) solution, wrapped & enabled through Microsoft Sentinel, & the Defender Suite of products.
Cyber One has been an exceptional solution for our customer Federal Group, Australia’s longest running hotel group & operator of the country’s first legal casino. By using Cyber One for endpoint security with Microsoft Defender & Azure Arc (to support the ongoing need for hybrid services), Federal Group is already reaping the benefits with response times (MTTD & MTTR) significantly reduced from hours to minutes.
“We have onboarded our entire fleet, which consists of approximately 1,000 endpoints & 100 Servers on-premise and within Azure. Notably our Microsoft Secure Score has risen over 50% within 6 months,” Kent Bawden, IT Vendor Manager says. “Our partnership with Quorum has been invaluable to understanding the full breadth of Azure Arc capabilities & what it can look like to keep our company secure in the cloud.”
Likewise, implementing Cyber One at leading Australian accounting network CountPlus, solved the need for enterprise-level performance at SMB affordability. The adoption of Cyber One led to CountPlus’ Secure Score jumping nearly 4x. Reghinald Gabila, Head of Licensee Systems at CountPlus noted that Cyber One is “extremely competitive on price, coming in at four times less expensive than some solutions.”
Meeting Cyber Security compliance requirements as well as thwarting any internal and external cyber threats can be challenging for many organisations. Ever increasing cyber threats are pushing organisations to balance their resourcing against this threat whilst maintaining normal business operations. Being recognised as a finalist for Security in Microsoft’s 2022 Partner of the Year awards confirms our commitment to diversity & upskilling our team, customers & partners as we look forward to embracing and innovating for the future.
