We are announcing some very exciting news which some of you may have already seen in the press. Modality Systems, a member of the Cloud Collective, is being acquired by UK firm, GCI. This acquisition means continued great things for Cloud Collective as the Modality brand will remain due to its strength in the global market. Also the new organisation has advised that investment in our region will increase through Modality’s partnership in the Cloud Collective.
GCI acquired Modality for three key reasons, expertise in SfB/Teams, their global brand and presence. They plan to expand globally in part using Modality as a vehicle given their well-known brand and geographic distribution.
